In the year 2003, Saibachi Corporation saw the need for a separate division in their company that catered to Children's Parties and Event Coordination specifically. From this, Party Time Philippines was created. Headed by Melissa and Justin Menes, Party Time Philippines aimed to be a one-stop Catering and Coordination store for all the parents that want to give their children the most memorable event in their life!
